This property has a mix of office and warehouse space. We've made some improvements to the office areas and the largest warehouse space and are excited to see it all come together.

What's there now

  • Space leased to local construction companies
  • Warehouse space currently being utilized for Legacy Stage programming

What's next

We're exploring ways to use the warehouse space for more community events down the road and how we can offer the other spaces to local businesses and organizations to use. The details are still coming together.
