SloDoCo (San Luis Obispo Donut Company) is a beloved donut shop with locations across California. We’re renovating a building for them to open their first Chico location.
What’s happening
We were helping SloDoCo look for a spot to expand into Chico when we found this building — a former 7-Eleven that had closed down and was sitting empty. We bought it and are doing the build-out. SloDoCo will be the tenant — they’ll run the shop, we’re just the landlord making sure the space is ready for them.
About SloDoCo
They’re known for making over 100 different donuts daily, including vegan and gluten-free options. They’ve built a loyal following in San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles, and Goleta. We’re excited to help bring them to Chico.
